1. Professional Relationship Disclaimer

Pearls White provides a platform that connects users with state-licensed dental professionals. While Pearls White facilitates the production of aligners and communication with doctors, Pearls White is not a provider of dental or medical services.

• Clinical decisions are made solely by your treating dentist or orthodontist.
• The "At-Home Impression Kit" is a tool for clinical evaluation and does not guarantee treatment approval.

2. Eligibility & Patient Responsibility

By using our services, you represent that:

• You are at least 18 years of age (or have explicit parental/guardian consent).
• You have had a routine dental cleaning and exam in the last 6 months.
• You do not have active periodontal disease, cavities, or loose teeth.
• You understand that failure to wear aligners for the prescribed 22 hours per day will void treatment guarantees.

3. Payments, Financing & Refunds

All payments are processed through secure third-party gateways. If you choose a financing plan (e.g., PearlsPay or Affirm), you are entering into a separate legal agreement with that provider.

• Refunds: If our clinical team determines you are not a candidate for treatment after reviewing your impressions/scans, you will receive a full refund for the aligner cost (less the cost of the impression kit).
• All Sales Final: Once aligner manufacturing has begun, no refunds will be issued due to the custom nature of the medical device.

4. Teledentistry & Risks

Orthodontic treatment involves inherent risks, including but not limited to: tooth sensitivity, gum irritation, and TMJ discomfort. By proceeding, you acknowledge that teledentistry has limitations compared to in-person clinical exams, including the inability to perform X-ray bone density checks remotely.

5. Mandatory Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute or claim arising from your use of Pearls White products shall be settled by binding, individual arbitration under the American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules. You waive your right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, 3D smile simulations, and proprietary Aligner-Flow software are the property of Pearls White. You are granted a limited license to view your treatment plan for personal use only.
